Service includes: - Bath - Blow Dry - Nail Cutting / Grinding *Please note that the duration of the session will be dependent on the size, condition of your pup's hair, as well as the day and time of the appointment. However, your groomer will provide you with an accurate estimate during the check-in process.*
Cancellation Policy
Because we value your and our groomer's time, no shows will be charged for the full amount of the services booked in addition to a reduction of 500 points from the B&L Loyalty account, while same day cancelations via phone will result in a cancelation fee of 50% and a deduction of 300 points from the B&L Grooming Loyalty account. Cancellations via phone the day before the appointment will result in no penalty. Please keep in mind that all customers will receive an email confirmation when he appointment is booked, a text reminder before the day of the appointment and a 24hrs reminder via email.
